Betvisha Terms & Conditions — Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1. General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between the betvisha.app platform ("betvisha", "we", "us") and all its users ("you", "member"). betvisha is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform operating under an international gaming license.

These Terms apply to all betvisha users, including those from Bangladesh and any other country. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or using any service, you are making a legally binding commitment to abide by these Terms.

These Terms are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the English version shall prevail.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account with betvisha:

• You must be at least 18 years is required.
• You are not registering from a country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are opening the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You have not previously held a betvisha account that was cancelled or suspended.

All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3. Deposit & Payment Policy

Betvisha does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking or bank service provider may apply their own charges separately, which are entirely governed by their own policies.

4. Withdrawal Policy & Process

To withdraw funds from betvisha, the following conditions must be met:

• The account must be fully verified (KYC completed).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same account from which the deposit was sent.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals will be on hold until the wagering requirements are fulfilled.

Betvisha offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• If the required wagering conditions are not met after accepting a bonus, the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated based only on bets placed using bonus funds.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the offer's terms specifically state otherwise.

Betvisha reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. The terms of any bonus already claimed will not be affected.

6. Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on betvisha are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• If any error is found in Sports Betting after results have been announced, betvisha reserves the right to make corrections.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live game, the outcome of that round will be determined according to the system record.
• Any erroneous rewards issued due to a technical error will be voided.
• If you are unsatisfied with a game outcome, you must raise a complaint with support within 72 hours.

In Live Casino games, the dealer's announcement is final. If an error occurs, the game manager will make the correction and that decision will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on betvisha:

• Creating an account using a false identity or another person's information.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or using software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Placing bets across multiple accounts on the same outcome to abuse bonuses.
• Using automated bots or scripts to play games.
• Threatening, harassing, or disrespecting any betvisha staff member.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members.

If there is evidence of involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above, the account will be immediately closed and all deposited and won funds may be forfeited.

8. Account Closure & Suspension Policy

Betvisha reserves the right to close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• In cases where a terms violation has been confirmed.
• In cases where false or forged documents are submitted during the verification process.
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your verified balance before closure, unless it has been forfeited due to a violation.

For inactive accounts, a monthly fee applies starting from the 12th month of inactivity. BDT 100 or 5% of balance A maintenance fee (whichever is lower) may be deducted.

9. Limitation of Liability

Betvisha accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Loss of a game or bet due to loss of internet connection.
• Issues arising from errors or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or incorrect actions.
• Unauthorized access to your account by another user if you have shared your password.

10. Terms Amendment Policy

Betvisha reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• A notice of the changes will be published on the website.
• A notification will be sent to your registered email or mobile number.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.

Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may request to close your account.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully valid and in effect.
